Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges can be made within 7 business days after receiving your order. (Public holidays and weekends are not included in this period.)

Earrings are classified as personal use for hygiene reasons. Therefore, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged because they are prepared specifically for you.

Before starting the process, you must send an email to info@atelierkelim.com with your order number.

It is essential that the product and packaging are undamaged.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

The product must be sent via Yurtiçi Kargo to the following address:
